I was looking for a book in my school’s library and when I came to the shelf I needed I saw that the subjects of the books there were as follows: Several books on the history of witchcraft, vampires, and werewolves, several books on the history of human sexuality (including such titles as “A History of Breasts”), two or three books on the history of Fashion, and then finally a few books about the history of tea and coffee houses.

I don’t know if I understand what system of organization my school is using here…

There is also, you would be interested to know, a few shelves of cookbooks and dieting in the biology library.

And none of the Old Testament should still be considered actual law that we are meant to follow. Jesus dying on the cross created a new covenant, negating and replacing the laws of the Old Testament. The Old Testament is still important to me for reasons of history and context, but it has no bearing on how I live my life as a Christian.
